Today I thought I would practice making crepes and then Bananas Foster for the family. It was yummy and everyone enjoyed it.

It would be nice if the students had a place where they could sell their finished products. You could maybe even use the money for a service project. Or maybe donate occasionally to worthy places, like homes for the elderly, etc. I would love to be able to buy the products. I agree with you. When you pay that much money to go to the best school, you want to cram in as much as you can in that short period of time. But I guess this is a process that never ends. You keep learning on your own when you bake. You are a no nonesense person, very inquisitive, artistic, and will continue perfecting what you have learned there.
