Day 2 - Class
Today at school, I ran into Chef Ross, who was my culinary instructor in high school. It was good to see him and he recognized me after the few years that had passed. Nothing major to talk about as far as class goes. Just more lecture. We had a quiz on Chapters 1 & 2 and I think I did ok. We then covered Chapter 3 "Contamination and Food Allergens" and Chapter 4 "The Safe Food Handler". Well I've got to go iron my Chef Jackets and study the material for tomorrow.
