Day 5 - And more lecture

I found out that I made a 100 on my second quiz (Chapters 3 & 4) last week. Today we covered Chapters 8 & 9, which finished up the "The Flow of Food: Service" and "Food Safety Management Systems". The Flow of Food covers from the time you purchase your food products till the time you serve the food, from a safety standpoint. Three more days of class to complete the Food Science Course.
