Snow day baking!

I thought I would cook a cheesecake. I found the recipe on the Food Network website. It's called "Jake's Explosive Turtle Cheesecake". The cheesecake came out looking great. You definitely need to be a chocolate lover to appreciate this cake. It's very rich. It was slighty dry and I believe it's because I left out the sour cream in the batter. Oops. Here's a picture.
